My name is Malky Adler. I live in Bnei Brak and am mother to three wonderful children.
For the last eight years I have been active in the confectionary field in varied areas.

I became involved in patisserie purely by chance. Coming from a Hungarian home, I always loved the world of baking, but if truth be known, I didn't think to turn it into a profession.
I studied accountancy, and after receiving my degree I worded for more than 20 years as financial comptroller and accounts manager. The turning point came about when I attended a chocolate workshop and fell in love with the area. In order to expand my knowledge I continued with a professional confectioners' course at "Estela Artists Class". I began to use my knowledge and tried to create cake recipes and special desserts, with emphasis on quality, taste and appearance. When my efforts became successful, I began to write a weekly article on desserts in the magazine "Kehila", which continues with success until today. At the same time I continue to send my recipes to hundreds of interested parties by direct mail, which they prepare with great success.

After a few years, I decided to turn a hobby into a profession, and I continue to expand my knowledge at education programmes run by top chefs in the field of confectionary in Israel, as well as education programmes run by leading world-renowned French chefs in this field.
Today I present confectionary workshops to the general public, ranging from amateurs to the professional public. My workshops and recipes are now household names for taste and know-how. Students from all over Israel and even from abroad come to me to learn the techniques, taste combinations, colours and decorations. At my workshops I put special emphasis on aesthetic and tasty desserts with the best raw materials.
An added area that I specialse in is the preparing of professional recipes for companies. Food companies create new baking products and require me to prepare suitable recipes for these products. Till today I have prepared a significant number of booklets for major companies in Israel.
In conclusion, I operate a boutique confectioners for events and functions. For every occasion I liaise with the event coordinator regarding desserts and cakes, prepare them with the best raw materials to be found in the marketplace, and serve a spectacular presentation in the best up to date trends worldwide. All the products are kosher lemadrin, and can be prepared both parve and dairy.
